Feasibility study
Ahearn lofts and construction offer a no-obligation feasibility study to determine the most efficient way to carry out an extension that will meet your needs.
Survey
Our surveyors will deal with you from day one; you will receive no pressure from sales people.
Plans drawn
Plans are drawn up based on the feasibilities study and our surveyors conversations regarding your needs.
Plans agreed
When your plans are drawn we then pass them on to you for your approval.
Plans submitted to your local authority
We will submit your plans to the Local Authority, completing all relevant paperwork, we will keep you fully updated during each stage of your application.
Work documented
We will draw up a full list of the agreed work as part of a Project specification documents.
Start date
We will find a date that suits you and agree a date for the work to commence
Work commences
Our workers will arrive and begin the first stages of the project.
Site visited by supervisor and building inspector
Our supervisors will visit the site checking that the work complies at all stages with all Building Regulations and is at the highest standard, they will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Work completed and signed off by building inspector
A building inspector will visit the site to inspect the works throughout the conversion and a Building Regulations Completion certificate will be issue at the end of the project.

Ahearn Construction use an online project monitoring system so you can log on and see the progress of your works.
There is a comprehensive list of all tasks involved and you will be able to see when they will be completed.
You can also communicate with us on specific points you may have queries about as the job progresses. We keep you in the loop every step on the way so you are up to date on any changes being made to your home.
Advise
Ahearn Construction can confidently provide advice on what the best options are with regards to meeting your requirements within the constraints of the position of your property. We will be able to give advice on what options are more likely to pass planning permission, especially if neighbouring houses are close to your own.
