Can all lofts be converted?

How long will the work take?
This depends on the type of loft, however for an average size build we normally complete in around 8 weeks.

Do I need planning permission for my loft conversion?
Planning permission is needed if your property is in a conservation area or you have already an extension to your property. Our staff will be able to advise you with this.

Will my loft conversion need Building Regulations Approval?
Yes. Any space that is to be used as a habitable room needs to comply with the Building Regulations. We will draw up the necessary building plans as part of the package we offer.
